Anatrozole is absorbed quickly after oral administration. About 40% of Anatrozole is bound to Plasma protein binding in the body, most of which are metabolized into inactive products and excreted in urine. About 10% Anatrozole is excreted in urine in its original form. According to data reports, after taking 2mg of this product orally, healthy subjects had a peak blood concentration of 1.56 ± 0.41 hours, a peak blood concentration of 36.52 ± 6.91ng/ml, and an elimination half-life of 42.57 ± 10.15 hours.
